Direct primary care is the foundation of everything at Mountain Internal Medicine. For a flat monthly membership fee, you get unlimited visits, telehealth access, same-day and next-day availability, in-house testing, and direct communication with Dr. Faaborg or Marnie DiChiaro, APRN by phone or text — with no per-visit billing and no insurance involvement for your day-to-day care.

This is primary care for adults who are tired of short appointments, long waits, and a different provider every time. DPC members get a care team that knows their history and has the time to use it.

The PHAT program — People with Hearty Adipose Tissue — is a physician-supervised medical weight management program that treats weight as the health issue it is. Dr. Faaborg oversees individualized plans that may include GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide and tirzepatide, along with ongoing monitoring and support.

This is a judgment-free program for adults who want a medically grounded approach. Weight management through Mountain Internal Medicine is supervised, structured, and built around your specific health picture.

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy uses your own blood to support healing and regeneration.
