Our Clinic
323 East Front St, Missoula, MT 59802
You'll find our clinic a few blocks from the library and adjacent to the Roam parking garage. A small, inviting, independent clinic that consists of four exam rooms, a small waiting area, a tea station, a free book library, and people who know your name.
Call us at 406-317-4800 and you'll talk to a real person, not a phone tree. We keep the practice small on purpose, so the person answering the phone usually already knows who you are.

Parking
Roam parking garage is adjacent to the clinic and offers 1 hour free parking. City of Missoula is now requiring that you use the Passport App or physical meter to "guess" how long you will be at your appointment or other activity. First hour is still free.
Because of these changes, we are currently unable to validate after the first hour. We are actively contacting the city and the parking commission to voice our concerns because we are extremely unhappy with this recent change and burden and costs it places on our patients. If you are so inclined, please feel to email the City of Missoula (staffm@ci.missoula.mt.us) and/or the Missoula parking commission (ParkingAdmin@ci.missoula.mt.us).
Getting Started
Is there a doctor accepting new patients in Missoula?
Yes. Mountain Internal Medicine is accepting new adult patients right now, and you don't need a referral to get started. Whether you're switching from another practice or looking for primary care for the first time, the first step is simply reaching out.
If you're comparing options, it helps to know what you're signing up for. As a DPC clinic in Missoula, we run on a membership model — so "getting started" means a quick conversation about whether it's the right fit, not a long intake before you can ask a single question.
How to Reach Us
Three ways to get in touch
Pick whatever's easiest. However you reach out, you'll be talking with the actual care team, not a call center.
